The Brief

Create professional conference sets at Mansion House and The Guildhall in parallel, fitting two prestigious spaces and a 500+ guest list that included Bill Clinton, the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Governor of the Bank of England.

Our Approach

We split the crew into two parallel teams, with dedicated leads at each venue, working to coordinated install schedules so both sets came online together. Each environment was finished to City-of-London standards, with stage construction, branding and AV integration tuned to the respective rooms while keeping a consistent on-camera identity across the day.
