The Brief

Bring a slice of Mexican heat to central London with a bespoke sampling cantina that hit Old El Paso brand guidelines exactly, including the brand's signature tiling and interior finish, and stood up to outdoor public-realm conditions.

Our Approach

Trinity supplied not just the set build but also AV, prints, power, lighting, site safety fencing and wind calculations for the outdoor build. Brand colours were matched to guideline, with the all-important Old El Paso tiling, interior finish and photo backdrop completed in our workshop. A mini mariachi band and a mini-Danny-Trejo-style maitre D' rounded out the in-world experience over the two-day activation.
