Savage Schloss
Trinity Set & Stage delivered Savage Schloss, an Austrian apres-ski pop-up bar build at Savage Garden rooftop London — a winter brand activation transforming the DoubleTree Tower of London skyline.

The Brief
Savage Garden, the 12th-floor rooftop bar at DoubleTree by Hilton London – Tower of London, briefed Trinity Set & Stage as their London set builder to design and deliver a winter pop-up bar that would change the way the rooftop traded outside of summer. The objective was to leverage the premium skyline location and panoramic London views to create a differentiated seasonal brand activation, drive footfall during traditionally quieter winter months, extend dwell time, lift premium spend and amplify shareable social content. The venue wanted to be positioned as more than a regular rooftop bar — a destination for themed events and private hire that boosted brand equity and repeat visits across central London.
Our Approach
As an experienced London set builder for brand activations and bespoke bars, Trinity Set & Stage answered the brief by transforming the entire rooftop into an Austrian ski-lodge environment without losing the venue’s skyline credentials. Our approach focused on layering theming onto the existing premium finish: a ski-lift inspired entrance, red-checkered tablecloths, towering Christmas trees, faux-timber chalet detailing and dressed bar fronts that read instantly as alpine without overwhelming the London views beyond the glazing. We programmed the space to flex across the day — a relaxed lodge mood with boozy hot chocolate and Raclette for daytime, evolving into a high-energy apres-ski party for the evening, supported by an interactive German Bierkeller band. Every touchpoint was designed to be share-worthy, photogenic and operationally robust so the activation traded hard from launch through to March.
