A conference set with sample plinths plus a sensory immersive entrance for Vype.
The Brief
Deliver a clean conference environment that showcased Vype products on display plinths, and an immersive sister experience that let guests sample flavours through more than just taste.
Our Approach
At Whitespace, our team built the conference set, stage and product plinths, then engineered scented smoke machines inside the plinths to release flavour aromas like coffee and watermelon. Across the road at the Amba Hotel, we built an unforgettable entrance lined with multi-coloured foam tubes that guests had to physically push through, opening into a magical-woodlands dining table with a large cloud sculpture 'raining' overhead.
