Diageo World Class Bartender of the Year Awards
Three bespoke awards-show bars — Ketel One, Tanqueray and Zacapa — designed and built by London set builder Trinity Set & Stage for Diageo's World Class Bartender of the Year Awards.
The Brief
Deliver three on-brand bar experiences for Ketel One, Tanqueray and Zacapa that felt at home inside Azamara's luxury interiors and could be installed and de-rigged inside a tight seven-day window.
Our Approach
Each bar was built around its parent brand. The Zacapa lounge featured a barrel wall constructed from authentic wooden barrels, cut and assembled into a safe and easily installed unit by our workshop. The Tanqueray bar was built predominantly from sapele-faced MDF and hand-finished with finishing wax, while Ketel One had its own bespoke detailing. The entire scheme was designed as a seven-day temporary fit-out but engineered for a finish that would happily live on permanently.
