Every kind of bespoke bar, engineered for the venue

Not every bar is a rooftop cocktail bar. A festival bar has to be modular, weatherproof and refillable in 30 seconds. A pop-up brand bar needs to photograph beautifully and pack down inside a car park bay. A brewery beach bar has to carry actual sand and a keg system. We design each bar around the venue, the crowd, the sightlines and the service pace — never the other way around.

Design, fabrication and install — one team, one workshop

Design. Every bar starts with a conceptual design brief, a 3D visual and a set of technical drawings. Our designers work directly with the client's creative team or agency to lock the look, the footprint and the service configuration before a sheet of plywood is cut. Material spec, brand colour matching, dry-fit plans, all signed off in advance.

Build. Fabricated in our 6,000 sq ft West London workshop by our own carpenters, CNC operators, finishers and graphics team. Timber framing, CNC-cut cladding, custom joinery, upholstery, specialist paint finishes.

Brand & Graphics. In-house digital print, vinyl wrap and cut-vinyl application. Backlit brand logos, LED signage, illuminated brand marks, printed dibond and PVC panels, applied graphics on every surface, bar face, gantry, wall cladding, backdrops, floor decals. Full Pantone colour-matching to brand guidelines. Every bar is test-assembled and photographed under lighting before it ships, brand accuracy, graphics register and print quality all signed off in the workshop, not on site.

Install. Our own crew loads out, drives to site, installs, dresses the bar, and returns for strike. Most bespoke bars install inside 24 to 72 hours. We coordinate around AV, catering, and event production teams. Rigging, power draw, refuse routing, service access, all planned in advance so nothing surprises the venue.

Where is your workshop and build team based?

You work with our West London workshop in Uxbridge. We design, fabricate, finish, and load out there, then install and de-rig across the UK.

Are you a set builder or an event production company?

Both. Trinity Set & Stage is a London set builder with full event production capability under one roof — concept and design, CNC scenic build, prop fabrication, transport, on-site install, de-rig and storage. One accountable team, one production manager, one invoice. That's why agencies and brands use us instead of stitching together five suppliers.

What kinds of sets and displays do you build?

You can come to us for brand activations, festival bars, awards shows, film premieres, broadcast sets, immersive rooms, touring kits, and bespoke hospitality bars. If it needs to be built, painted, branded, and installed for an event, we can make it.

Can you manage the full project from design to de-rig?

Yes. You get concept feasibility, scenic design, fabrication, paint, transport, install, breakdown, and de-rig from one team. You can also add storage, refurb, and re-tour support between activations.

What is the usual lead time for a scenic build?

It depends on size and finish. A bespoke timber bar can take 3–4 weeks. A multi-room activation or touring kit usually takes 6–10 weeks from approved drawings. Send your dates and brief, and you get a realistic build plan within 48 hours.

Do you offer CNC scenic build in-house?

Yes. In-house CNC scenic build lets us cut precision shapes, repeatable units, branded panels and complex geometry in plywood, MDF, foam and acrylic. CNC keeps tour kit identical across cities, finishes broadcast-clean and turnarounds tight — three things a hand-built set rarely delivers when you're touring four venues in a fortnight.

Can you build festival bars and mobile bars?

Festival bars are one of our core specialisms. We've built shipping-container bars, themed timber bars, mobile bar vans and rooftop pop-ups for Bacardi, Aperol, Sharp's Brewery, Jägermeister, Starward Whisky, Diageo and Chang Beer. Designed to install fast, trade hard, photograph well and break down clean — built specifically for festival fields and pop-up venues.

Do you build for film, TV and broadcast as well as events?

Yes. Our scenic carpentry, CNC fabrication and prop-making skill set crosses into film, TV, broadcast and PR stunts. We've delivered scenic builds for the James Bond Spectre Aston Martin DB10 reveal, the Fantastic Beasts European Premiere and Warner Music's BRIT Awards After Party. Event-led, broadcast-capable — same workshop, same craft standard.

Do you store kit between events?

Yes. We store, refurbish and re-tour modular scenic elements for clients running multi-year activation programmes — keeping production budgets down and embodied carbon lower. For one-off builds, we handle responsible disposal and recycling. Long-term storage logistics are quoted per project and built into annual retainer agreements.

How can you request a quote for a set build?

What do you need from us to start a project?

Do you work across the UK and Europe?

Yes. We build and install across the UK, and we travel into Europe when the project needs it. Our West London workshop keeps us close to major venues and helps us move fast.

Can you build reusable or sustainable event sets?

Yes. We design for reuse where the brief allows it. That can mean modular parts, storage between events, refurbishing existing kit and recycling materials after a run. Reuse cuts waste and helps keep costs down over time.

Do you work directly with agencies and production teams?

Yes. We work with agencies, brand teams and production managers every week. We can join at concept stage or step in once drawings are already in motion. We keep the process clear, fast and in-house.

Do you handle on-site installation and de-rig?

Yes. We handle transport, install, on-site crew, de-rig and load-out. We plan around venue rules, access times and event schedules so the build lands on time and clears safely.
