Waitrose Drinks Festival 2019
Trinity Set & Stage designed and built four immersive scenic rooms for Waitrose Drinks Festival 2019 in London — a multi-era bespoke bar brand activation for Sipsmith, Fuller’s and Moët & Chandon.

The Brief
Recreate an authentic Victorian street as the connecting promenade, plus three distinct masterclass rooms — a 16th Century Apothecary, a traditional Victorian pub and a 1920s Art Deco Cabaret room — each transporting customers to a different era.
Our Approach
The first room, sponsored by SipSmith Gin, was a 16th Century Apothecary with bespoke walling, shelving, bookcases, tables and benches. Fuller's Brewery sponsored the Victorian pub, with wood-panelled and wallpapered walls, period lighting and a fully functioning bar where guests could pull their own pint. The Moet & Chandon Cabaret room used custom Art Deco gold-leaf wallpaper, gold-finished decorative columns, a small stage with antique footlights and draw curtains for live musicians and dancers, a champagne glass tower and bespoke Art Deco lighting features.
